What is the function of Electromagnetic pulse valve
The function of the Electromagnetic pulse valve is to control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure impact during gear shifting and lock unlocking, so as to maintain stable equipment operation. The Electromagnetic pulse valve is a diaphragm valve that combines the solenoid valve, pilot valve and pulse valve and is directly controlled by electrical signals. Pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves and can instantly open and close a high-pressure air source to generate pulses.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
1. Right angle Electromagnetic pulse valve: the inlet and outlet of the valve body are at right angles and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
2. Straight through Electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet of the valve body are 180 degrees and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
3. Submerged Electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose valve inlet is submerged in the air bag and is directly controlled by electrical signals. In addition to the three conventional solenoid valves, there is also a large caliber ultra-low pressure Electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection.
