A U-shaped filter is an indispensable device on the medium pipeline, usually installed at the inlet of a pressure reducing valve, relief valve, constant water level valve, or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of the valve and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain specification of filter screen, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it, making it easy to use and maintain.

Installation method and operation steps of U-shaped filter

① Before discharging, turn down the valve in front of the filter, reduce the flow rate, and proceed with the discharge

② When discharging, turn the steering valve towards the flushing direction, and water enters from the front of the steering valve, flows through the outside of the filter screen, and then enters the back of the steering valve from the outside of the filter screen. All debris is concentrated at the discharge outlet, and then open the discharge valve to discharge, achieving all functions of the automatic backwash filter.
